Additionally, I am well-versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an approach that may appeal to patients seeking to manage specific thoughts and behaviors. My extensive training in post-traumatic stress disorder includes cognitive processing therapy (CPT), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), and written exposure therapy (WET).
