When people seek therapy, they often look for a combination of expertise and connection, for the kind of relationship that will ease their troubles, bolster strengths, and facilitate personal growth. As a clinical psychologist at ���߲ݴ�ý Langone, I am dedicated to helping people who struggle with problems related to mood, anxiety, trauma, loss, identity, intimacy, and other common concerns. In addition to an ongoing study of the therapeutic relationship, I have years of experience treating other helping professionals, LGBTQ+ people, creatives, and servicemembers and their families in individual, couples, and group psychotherapy.

Throughout my career, I have developed and refined a collaborative approach to treatment in order to adapt to the needs and styles of my patients. Whether engaging in brief or long-term therapy, I lead with compassion, challenge with care, and lean on humor and creativity to expand self-understanding, develop and maintain meaningful connections, and co-create lasting change.

To further enrich my practice, I am also a candidate in the ���߲ݴ�ý Postdoctoral Program for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. Additionally, I provide consultation, supervision, and training for psychiatric residents and other trainees.
